Dialogue on Race Louisiana Featured Topic

On November 1, 2016 from 5:30 - 8 p.m., Dialogue on Race Louisiana will be hosting a Featured Topic class at the LSU Museum of Art to examine their permanent collection exhibition. Participants will walk through the museum galleries and review what they see, what they don't see and what they'd like to see in the future.

In advance of the discussion on November 1, participants are encouraged to visit the museum on a self-guided tour. While walking through the exhibition, consider what voices, stories, and objects are represented and which are left out. Admission to the museum is complimentary with your registration.

The LSU Museum of Art is located on the fifth floor of the Shaw Center for the Arts in downtown Baton Rouge (100 Lafayette Street).

Metered street parking and paid parking lots are convenient to the Shaw Center for the Arts.

A covered parking garage is located on the corner of Convention and Third Streets across from the Shaw Center for the Arts. Outdoor lots are located at the corners of Florida and Lafayette Streets; Florida and Third Streets; and Convention and Fourth Streets.
