SPECIAL GUEST! Consul General of France in Louisiana Rodolphe Sambou
Celebrate love and art at the LSU Museum of Art during Champagne & Chagall, featuring special guest Consul General of France in Louisiana Rodolphe Sambou. Inspired by the exhibition Daphnis and Chloe and Other Lovers: Lithographs by Marc Chagall, this elegant evening pairs champagne and desserts with flowers, music, and Valentine’s Day charm.
During the evening, Consul General of France in Louisiana Rodolphe Sambou will share brief remarks offering insight into Marc Chagall’s life and work, and the cultural spirit of Paris reflected in the exhibition. After his remarks, guests are invited to continue exploring the galleries and enjoy the reception.
Whether you come with a Valentine, friends, or on your own, enjoy a romantic night of art, conversation, and creativity—including a Valentine card-making station for a sweet takeaway.
