Blue Dogs and Cajuns on the River illustrates the progression of George Rodrigue’s 40-year career and reveals the origins of his iconic Blue Dog. The exhibition includes a series of Rodrigue’s famous Blue Dog paintings from the New Orleans Museum of Art, as well as signature paintings and sculptors from local collectors and the artist’s personal collection.
