Free First Sunday: Bayou Bonanza

Celebrate Louisiana’s vibrant culture with an afternoon of art, music, and fun! Explore artwork inspired by the bayou and create your own lantern with artist Jamey Grimes. Enjoy live music by Two’s A Crowd. Visitors can also explore a hands-on table featuring specimens from the LSU Museum of Natural Science, showcasing the region’s biodiversity and native wildlife. The display highlights the richness of local ecosystems and invites discussion about conservation, ecology, and the importance of protecting unique species.
