Gallery Tours

What better way to enjoy the LSU Museum of Art than with a group of friends or family? The Museum offers guided tours for clubs, groups, and professional organizations. The Museum welcomes groups of all ages at reduced rates, with a minimum of 10 people.

Advance reservations are required for groups in order to secure a guide and receive the $3 per person tour rate. Both guided and self-guided tours of the Museum’s galleries are available. If you are with a student group, please contact our educator Grant Benoit for tour options. Guided tours focus on the area of your group’s interest; please check the exhibitions on view during your scheduled visit.

We strive to ensure that all individuals can experience the Museum. Accommodations can be made for visitors in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. Tours tailored to visitors with physical or developmental challenges can also be arranged.

Custom Tours

To schedule a custom guided tour, please contact educator Grant Benoit at least three weeks in advance of your planned visit.

Special Collections Tours

If your group would like to arrange a tour of special collections to explore work that might not be on view, please contact the Collections Department to discuss your needs. Additional fees may be required.
